OVERVIEW
As a subcontractor for Crum Consulting, you are expected to conduct yourself in a manner consistent with Firm’s culture and expectations, both internally and externally, both during business hours and outside of business hours. You are an expert in your field, and will provide clients with structure, education, counsel, advice, and deliverables, with class and confidence. Your conduct and deliverables are a direct reflection of Crum Consulting, and you are expected to meet or exceed our company standards.
SCOPE
This is an hourly position that reports directly to Crum Consulting’s Founder.
GENERAL RESPONSIBILITIES
Attend mandatory Crum Consulting check-ins, and participate as such in any and all discussions, metrics, and training
Attend all mandatory client check-ins, as they are provided per client project, and participate as such in any and all discussions, collaborations, and development
Commit to a maximum turnaround time of 24 business hours for all internal and client communications, and take responsibility for delegating communication to your supervisor in the event that turnaround time will not be able to be met
Collaborate with Crum Consulting in determining and developing your book of services
Actively participate in prospecting and referring business to Crum Consulting for subcontracting services
Collaborate with Crum Consulting in marketing and networking efforts related to your services
Maintain comprehensive client and project notes, and communicate all to Crum Consulting through our internal project management system
Maintain client relationships with integrity and dedication
Assumes responsibility for Self-Development
Identifies learning needs
Seeks educational or enrichment activities to meet learning needs
Accepts constructive feedback and seeks to improve performance continuously
JOB SPECIFIC RESPONSIBILITIES (include but are not limited to)
Implement foundational components to support all service deliverables
Create, audit, and manage client standard operating procedures
Create, audit, and manage client internal technical and template content
Facilitate research project support and deliverables
Provide virtual inventory management support
Provide virtual product management support
Facilitate project management support and deliverables
Provide virtual quality assurance support
Meet or exceed all success criteria expectations provided per client
Execute requested deliverables, in the brand’s voice, per client
Execute research, reporting, and analytics as requested and/or required by clients
Facilitate client meetings, as needed, to support the success criteria
EDUCATION & EXPERIENCE
This position requires a minimum of 1 year active experience in the job specific responsibilities detailed above
Ability to make independent judgments with respect to the appropriateness of care to be delivered
Able to prioritize projects and tasks
Flexibility with work schedule
Ability to access, input, and retrieve information from a computer
Knowledge of office procedures and office machines (i.e. computer, printer, copier, etc.)
Ability to work as part of a nationally remote team
Ability to communicate accurately and concisely
Excellent interpersonal skills
Demonstrated expertise in continuous quality improvement and customer service
