February Article: This month's article is: The Pulse of Business. The health and viability of any business can be determined by its numbers; cash flow, assets, and audience. The financial standing of any business provides a clear pulse - a depiction of success or failure (existing or imminent) - for that business. If you have any questions surrounding this month's article, or would like to further explore opportunities, please feel free to reach out to schedule a session with us! February Challenge: I challenge you to an asset review!
→Take stock of unused professional assets/IP (intellectual property)
>What can be monetized?
>What can be marketed?
>What action steps are required to onboard any new assets / IP?
→Review current assets
>What’s working?
>What’s not working?
>What can be revamped?
>What are additional opportunities to improve workflows, offerings, guarantees, etc.?

Stretch of the month: Boat pose - this stretch builds focus and body awareness. It can boost energy and fight fatigue, and help build confidence and empowerment. Boat Pose also improves posture and counteracts the effects of prolonged sitting and doing computer work by strengthening your core and thighs. Wellness tip of the month: Formulate, implement, and honor a fitness routine that matches your lifestyle and supports your wellness goals. Now that we have made it through the static of "New Year's Resolutions", it is time to get real about your fitness goals and implement the steps necessary to set yourself up for success. First, consider what your fitness goals entail; losing a certain amount of weight, toning up or building muscle mass, training for a marathon, managing stress levels, improving heart health, or overall health improvement. This is an important step in the process of implementing a SMART (specific, measurable, attainable, realistic, and time bound) goal, as it will determine the details of how you will bring your goal to fruition. From there, research what types of exercise will support your fitness goals. For instance, for heart health you may find that a healthy cardio regimen is recommended, which could include: walking, running, HIIT workouts, swimming, boxing, rock climbing, jump rope, cycling, aerobics, etc. Consider which one, or combination of them, will work best for your lifestyle, resource access, and overall desire. The last primary step is to realistically consider your schedule and bandwidth, and determine what days and times you can schedule your recurring activities that will always be honored. For more on this topic, we recommend reading our 4 part article Goals vs. Tasks: Part 1, Part 2, Part 3, Part 4.
